on a not so serious note - as bloggers we’re seeking not so much for an attention, but more for an approval - encouragement and approval that something in what we know, what we do, does matter to others. That approval and encouragement is what keeps us going, well, many of us. For others the value is in the money like Kev mentioned above. The community aspect of blogging is huge indeed. It’s like opening a door to an entirely different world where we get to experience something new with people we would’ve never met otherwise.
